4 chicken breasts
3 minced garlic
1 T. southwest chipotle seasoning
¼ tsp. salt
1 T. olive oil
½ c honey BBQ sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Rub garlic over chicken and sprinkle seasoning and salt. Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken, turn once. Add BBQ sauce and ¼ cup of water, stir. Cook until chicken is done (1-2).
