½ C BREAKFAST SAUSAGE
½ TSP GARLIC POWDER
¼ TSP SALT
⅛ TSP FRESH GROUND PEPPER
2 HARD BOILED EGGS

Directions:
1. PREHEAT OVEN 400º
2. IN A MEDIUM BOWL, MIX TOGETHER THE SAUSAGE, GARLIC POWDER, SALT, AND PEPPER. SHAPE THE SAUSAGE INTO TWO BALLS.
3. ON A PIECE OF PARCHMENT PAPER, FLATTEN EACH BALL INTO ¼-INCH-THICK PATTY.
4. PLACE ONE HARDBOILED EGG IN THE CENTER OF EACH PATTY AND GENTLE SHAPE THE SAUSAGE AROUND THE EGG.
5. PLACE THE SAUSAGE-COVERED EGGS ON AN UNGREASED BAKING SHEET AND INTO THE PREHEATED OVEN.
6. BAKE FOR 25 MINUTES. ALLOW TO COOL, AND THEN SERVE.
