COMBINE AND BEAT 3 MINUTES:
2 C FLOUR
1 C SUGAR
4 TSP BAKING POWDER

ADD:
1½ TSP CINNAMON
1¼ TSP SALT
1 C BUTTERMILK
⅓ C CORN OIL
2 TSP VANILLA
2 EGGS

POUR BATTER INTO GREASED & FLOURED 9 X 5 LOAF PAN.

COMBINE:
2 TAB SUGAR
1 TSP CINNAMON
2 TSP SOFT BUTTER

MIX TILL CRUMBLY, SPRINKLY OVER BATTER AND SWIRL LIGHTLY TO MARBLE.

BAKE AT 350º FOR 45-55 MIN OR TILL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN.

REMOVE FROM PAN IMMEDIATELY.

COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE CUTTING

REFRIGERATE LEFT OVERS.
