1½ c. Milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla
1½ c. Flour
2 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
5 tbsp melted butter

For Cream Cheese Filling:
1 c. Heavy whipping cream
8oz cream cheese
1 c. Sugar
1 tsp vanilla

For Berry Sauce:
2 c. Mixed berries
½ c. Sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients for crepes in a blender on low
Use ¼c of batter per crepe. Swirl batter around pan to spread it thinly to the edges.
When bubbles form on top flip

Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in the whipped cream until smooth.

Mix berries, sugar, and cornstarch. Sauté berries in a large skillet. Cook for a few minutes until the juices start to run and a saucy mixture is created.
