2 lbs. ground beef
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
3/4 cup bread crumbs (I tear up 2 slices of bread.)
2 eggs
¾ cup water
⅓ cup ketchup

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In large bowl, combine all the top ingredients. Put into loaf pan or shape into a loaf in a
9 x 13 baking pan. Bake uncovered 1 hour 15 minutes. After close to an hour I combine some ketchup and brown sugar in a cup and spread over the top of the meat. Let stand about 10 minutes after baking and before cutting to make it easier to cut.
