6 c. Master Cookie Mix
2 eggs, beaten
½ c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 6oz pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
⅓Preheat oven to 350º
Mix eggs, milk, and vanilla.
Combine with cookie mix.
Add chocolate chips & nuts.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheets.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.

Raisin & Spice:
Omit vanilla and chocolate chips from recipe and add 1 tsp. cinnamon, ½ tsp. nutmeg, ½ tsp. ground cloves, and 1 c. raisins. (Soften the raisins in warm water)

Peanut Butter:
Omit vanilla & chocolate chips. Add 1 cup peanut butter. Shape into 1" balls, place on sheet, and flatten with a fork.

Using chipper recipe, you can again omit chips and vanilla and add ⅓ cup apricot jam.
