2 C. flour
1 - 8 oz. Cream cheese
1 C. butter or margarine - softened
1 T., sour cream
1/2 C. apricot or pineapple preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 4 ingredients. Mix well. Chill 2 - 3 hours. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into 3 inch squares. Spoon 1/2 tsp. preserves onto center. Moisten edges. fold over diagonally. Press edges with fork. Bake 325º for 30 - 35 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 2 dozen.
