Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1½ C. all-purpose flour 1/2 C. sugar 1/2 C. chopped pecans 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg beaten 1/2 C. milk 1/4 C. vegetable oil

Directions:	Directions: Combine all ingredients, but egg, milk and oil. Stir well. Set aside. Combine egg, milk and oil. Make well in dry ingredients and pour in liquids and stir until just moistened. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 400º 20 - 25 minutes. Yield 10 muffins.
