2 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
2 cups cranberry, grape or raspberry juice
3/4 to 1 cup sugar
pinch of salt
2 cups burgundy or melot, madeira or sherry
strained juice of 3 lemons
fresh fruit for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in cold water in medium bowl. Bring the fruit juice just to a boil and add it to the softened gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Let cool. Add the sugar to taste and salt.
When completely cooled, stir in the wine and lemon juice.
Pour the mixture into 6-8 wine glasses and chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
Garnish with fresh fruit.
