Slim sourdough or French baguette or frozen phyllo cups
Small tube goat cheese or other soft cheese
Fig Jam

Fried sage leaves or dried ground sage
Or small bit of orange marmalade and orange zest

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Pyhllo cups according to directions and cool
OR
Slice baguette in thin slices and toast.

Fill cups with goat cheese or spread cheese on toasted baguette. Spread with small amount of fig jam. Top with fried sage leaf or dried sage.

Fried Sage: Wash sage leaves and dry on paper towels. In small amount of oil, fry sage leaves until crisp. Drain and crumble on fig appetizers.
