1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp Italian seasoning
4 oz. ( 1cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup grated parmesan ( we like fresh shredded/grated better)
8 oz. pizza sauce
2 T. chopped green onion
2 T. chopped green pepper

Bits of pepperoni , ck'd hamb or sausage can be added on top of pizza sauce layer if desired)

In small bowl, mix softened cream cheese with seasoning . Spread in a ungreased 9 inch pie plate - microwave safe
In another bowl or paper plate combine mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Add 1/2 of this cheese mixture onto cream cheese in pie plate. Then top with pizza sauce and spread pizza sauce to the edges. Add meat here if desired.
Add rest of cheese and veggies.
Microwave uncovered 3-4 minutes until cheese melts (*turning if needed.) Let stand 1-2 minutes.

(*tested in 850 watt microwave so may need less time now)
Serve with bread stix, tortilla chips, pretzels.
We like veggies fried instead of raw.
