1 ½ lbs ground beef
1 ½ C rye bread crumbs
1 egg
1 ½ C chopped onions
¼ C sweet pickle relish
¼ C Creamy Russian Dressing
1 T Wprcestersjore saice
1 ½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 Can (14oz) sauerkraut, drained
1½ C grated swiss cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º
In a large bowl combine meat, bread crumbs, egg, onion, and seasoning. Work mixture with hands until blended.
On a sheet of waxed paper, shape mixture into a 6x14" rectangle. Sprinkle with chopped sauerkraut and grated cheese, leaving a one-inch border around all edges. Starting with the narrow end, carefully roll the mixture jelly roll fashion, using waxed paper as guide. Place in shallow baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
