¼ c Butter or Margarine, melted
10 Eggs
½ c Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 (4 oz) cans Diced Green Chilies
2 c Cottage Cheese
1 lb Swiss Cheese, shredded
½ c Minced Onion (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine margarine, eggs, flour, baking powder,and salt. Mix Well. Add chilies, cottage cheese, Swiss cheese, and onion. Pour into lightly greased baking dish (12x7½x2).

Bake at 400 °F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 340 °F and bake 60 minutes longer or until a knife comes out clean. Serve hot.

Ban be baked ahead and frozen. Reheats well.

Sausage or ham may also be added.
