1 package Devil's Food cake mix, dry
1 cup water
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 egg
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
8 ounces Cool Whip©
3 Tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter
1 small package white chocolate pudding mix, dry
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix the cake mix with the next 4 ingredients. Beat for 2 minutes on medium. Pour cake into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until done. Let cool completely.
Mix PB2 and pudding mix together, then add Cool Whip. Put on top of cooled cake. Refrigerate.
