Marinade:
2.5 to 3 lbs chicken tenders
6 T. Lemon
6 T. Vegetable or canola oil
2 tsp minced garlic or 3-4 cloves
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 T. dried parsley (or 4 T. Chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade for 2-24 hours. Cook.
Serve with long slices of cucumber, tomatoes, chopped romaine, avocado slices, cheese, and either Caesar dressing or Tzatziki sauce (plain yogurt, cucumber, oil, lemon juice, garlic, and dill blended together)
