One package white or yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup canola oil
1 package instant lemon pudding mix

For the Glaze:

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
juice of 2 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Into a large mixing bowl add the cake mix, eggs, water, oil and pudding mix. Mix well for 4 minutes. Pour into a greased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. While the cake is still warm whisk together the lemon juice and the powdered sugar. Pour over the warm cake.
