2 tbsp butter
1 onion
1 cup rice
1 can Campbells condensed Consummé (Beef) soup

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and sauté in large skillet until tender
add 1 cup of rice, Consummé soup, and ½ can of water
cook until rice is done

Good with (cook separately):
green peas
chicken

Alternative:
Instead of cooking rice on stovetop, sauté onion in skillet then transfer to Pyrex baking pan add rice, soup, water into pan then add sliced fresh mushrooms, celery, carrots, chopped round steak. Bake 1 hour at 325º
