1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 cups red onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 cans (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
8 oz spaghetti
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled or grated parmesan
1/2 cup olives, sliced

Directions:
Heat large nonstick skillet over medium high heat, add ground beef, red onion, garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink (about 8 minutes). Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, salt, and red pepper flakes. Reduce heat to medium; simmer until slightly thickened. Pour over cooked spaghetti. Top with feta or parmesan cheese and olives.
