12 Carrots
Boiling Water
12 oz. Jar Jalapeņos
2 Lg. Onions, sliced
1 C. Oil
1 C. White Vinegar
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Peel carrots and slice. Cover carrots with boiling water and let stand for 30 minutes. Drain and pour ice over the carrots. Blend oil, vinegar and salt and add to the vegetables. Cover and refrigerate at least one day. This improves with age.
