1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. coconut
½ c. sesame seeds
1½ sticks butter
½ c. cooking oil
1½ c. honey (little more)
2 TB molasses
½ tsp. salt
½ TB vanilla
1 pkg. (36 g.) oatmeal
3⅔ c. nuts
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. pecan bits
1 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
In a large roasting pan combine the sunflower seeds, coconut and sesame seeds and roast until golden. Heat the butter, oil, honey, molasses, salt and vanilla in a saucepan. (Reserve a little syrup.) Let cool and add to the sunflower mixture. Then add the oatmeal, nuts, wheat germ and pecan bits. Stir 1 c. raisins into reserved syrup and add after final roasting. Bake 250º-300º turning every 15 minutes until golden brown.
