Pork butt roast about 2 lbs

Glaze (season to taste):
1/4-1/2 C apple sauce
~1/4 t clove powder
~1 t cinnamon
1/4 c onion chopped fine
1 T honey
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put all glaze ingredients in sauce pan on low heat. Simmer slowly until onion is cooked and glaze is thickened.

Preheat oven to 375º. Seer roast on high heat in skillet. Put on rack in dutch oven or baking pan. Brush on glaze and cover pan. Bake in oven for 45-60 mins until internal temp on roast is 160º. Uncover and reglaze.
Broil on low for 5-8 mins until glaze is bubbly. Roast is finished!

Glaze is also great on broiled pork chops.
