32 ounces low sodium chicken soup
32 ounces Spicy Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
5 russet potatoes, cut in 1/4 inch chunks
1/2 large onion, diced
2-3 cloves garlic, minced,
2 cups kale, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook the sausage and crumble
2. Place chicken stock, water, sausage, potatoes, onion, garlic and salt and pepper in crockpot
3. Cook on low for 7-8 hours until potatoes are cooked through
4. Stir in kale and let cook for 30 minutes
5. Add in heavy cream and let warm through, approximately 5-10 minutes
6. Garnish with Parmesan cheese
