Yellow Cake mix
11 oz. can mandarin oranges and juice
1/2 C. oil
4 eggs

Frosting:
large crushed pineapple
large Jello vanilla instant pudding
12 oz cool whip

Directions:
Blend cake ingredients and bake at 350º until done.

Mix frosting ingredients by hand. Spread over cake.
