10 lbs. med. raw shrimp, heads on
1 c. salt
1 lemon sliced
½ bunch celery with leaves, chopped
2 lg. onions, chopped
½ head garlic, chopped
3 TB Big Kevin's (can buy from New Orleans School of Cooking)
Shrimp and Crab Boil
½ c. Big Kevin's

Directions:
Directions:
Put everything but the shrimp in a large pot and cover with water, boiling for 30 minutes to extract the flavor from the spices. Then add the shrimp. When the liquid returns to a boil, cook for about 10 minutes, until they are firm and peel easily. When cooked, carry pot to sink and wash with cold water, to stop the cooking. Drain. Other items needed for this meal: melted butter, cocktail sauce and crab leg crackers. Serves 5.
