1 c. popcorn kernels
1 c. vegetable oil
½ c. white granulated sugar
2 TB cinnamon
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare 4 large aluminum foil sheet. Add a quarter of the corn kernel to each. Pour a quarter of the oil over the popcorn. Fold the opposite corner of each packet together to form a dome and doing so leaving space for the kernels to pop. Seal all the edges well. Place the packets directly on the hot white coals. Let the packet stand on the coals until the popcorn stops popping, shaking the packets a few times. Whisk the sugar and cinnamon together in a small mixing bowl. Remove the packets from the heat and open the top with caution, letting the steam out. Add some cinnamon, sugar and a pinch of salt to each packet. Close the packets back again and give it a few shakes to combine the cinnamon, sugar and popcorn well. Open and enjoy. Serves 4
