2 English muffins
2 slices of ham, cooked
2 slices of bacon, cooked
2 eggs
2 slices of American or pepper jack cheese
Heavy duty aluminum foil – 2 pieces 18” x 20”

Directions:
Directions:
Place an English muffin in the center of each piece of foil, top it with ham and cooked bacon. Top each with a raw egg.
Seal foil packet leaving some room at top. Place about 4 inches from medium coals. Top with cheese when egg is cooked. Yield: 2 servings.
Place foil packet on hot coals or a campfire grill for 20 to 25 minutes,
Or place foil packet on uncovered grill on medium-low heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
