3 eggs
1 c. sugar
½ c. vegetable oil
1 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
1½ c. flour
¼ c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar and oil. Add zucchini and vanilla. Combine and add remaining ingredients. Bake in a buttered 9”x 13” pan at 350º for 20 to 30 minutes. Good but is like cake not brownies.
