2½ c. sugar
3 c. water
¼ c. peach Jell-O
¾ c. clear jel or cornstarch
½ tsp. salt
1½ TB. lemon juice
¼ tsp. cinnamon
⅛ tsp. black pepper
1-2 qt. fresh peaches, sliced
whipped cream
2 baked pie crusts
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, water, Jell-O and clear jel until thick and clear. Remove from heat and add salt, lemon juice, cinnamon and pepper. Cool. Add peaches as desired. Pour into pie crusts and top with whipped cream. A summertime favorite!
Enough filling for 9”x 13” cobbler or 2 pies.
