1 green pepper, chopped
2 med zucchini, cut into chunks (you don't have to use this)
¼ tsp salt
2 T salad oil
2 boneless,skinless chicken breast
1 onion, chopped
2 T flour
⅛ tsp pepper
½ tsp sugar
1 c spaghetti sauce
1 c mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each chicken breast in half. With meat mallet, pound each breast to ¼" thickness. On wax paper, combine flour, salt, pepper and coat chicken with mixture. In skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook chicken until brown on both sides. Remove chicken. In drippings from chicken on medium heat, cook onion and green pepper until tender. Return chicken to skillet; add spaghetti sauce, sugar, and zucchini over high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover an simmer 15 minutes or until tender. Top chicken with cheese; cover and simmer until cheese is melted.
