6 strips of bacon
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 tsp kitchen couquet
1 c sour cream
1 small can mushrooms, sliced
salt/pepper
egg noodles
Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon and remove from skillet, leave grease. Brown beef and onion in bacon grease-salt/pepper. Drain beef. Cook noodles according to package. Add soup, kitchen bouquet, and sour cream to beef. Crumble bacon and add mushrooms (with juice) and mix. Heat on medium to medium-high until bubbling. Served with egg noodles.
