6oz cooked Macaroni

1/2lb nasoya silken tofu (half package)
4tbsp. Nutritional yeast
3 medium carrots
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
Variety of bell pepper to your liking
3-4 mushrooms
1tbsp yellow mustard
1tsp salt
2tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tbsp parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté chopped onions, peppers and mushrooms add garlic.

Blend herbs and silken tofu together in hand blender.

Combine mixture of tofu and veggies mix on pan until tofu is heated and thinner broth.

Then mix in macaroni pasta and serve.

Add additional garlic salt and parsley as desired.
