9 large red potatoes, peeled and cut into 1" dice
1-8oz package cream cheese, softened
1-12oz carton sour cream with or without chives (to your liking)
2 tsp onion salt
4 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in a large pot till tender. Drain and add to a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mash with a potato masher till light and fluffy. Put potatoes into a buttered 9x13 pan. Pour over the melted butter. Can be prepared ahead to this point. If doing ahead, cover and refrigerate till needed. Bake at 375 for about an hour if cold. If serving right away bake at 375º for about 30 minutes till a little brown on top and bubbly.
