- 1 sprig of rosemary

- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp. local honey (omit or sub agave if vegan)
- 4 cups water
- 1 green tea bag or 2 tsp loose leaf
- 1 to 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

NOTE: I recommend using fresh herbs but this isn't always feasible in the winter so any herbs will do just fine

Directions:

3) remove from heat and add green tea and allow to steep for 3 minutes

Personal Notes:
I have a fragile immune system, I'll be honest. So this is a life saver both when I am sick and when I am healthy. I tried to design it with the plants properties in mind - mint clears your sinuses, oregano as well, lavender and rosemary are anti-imflamatory, echineacea provides an immune boost, and so does the vitamin C from the citrus fruit, green tea is an antioxidant, and ginger will sooth your stomach and clear up headaches, and the honey will sooth your throat! I try and drink this ceremoniously and with intent, indicating that it is intended as an herbal remedy for immune boost. I even use my special tea cups. This will store up to a week but I recommend drinking it consistently ever morning, warmed, for 4 days (especially if you're already sick!) Hopefully this helps you as much as it does me!
