2 ½ C. sugar
2 T. flour
1 C smooth peanut butter
2 T. marshmallow cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour and add milk. Cook over medium heat about 11 minutes or until thick. Add peanut butter and stir until well dissolved. Remove from heat. Add 2 T. marshmallow cream. Whip until read to spread. Covers 3 layer cake.

Can also be made for Fresh Coconut Icing. Just leave out peanut butter and add 8 large marshmallows. Beat until melted and smooth and cool. Add 1 tsp vanilla. 1/2 tsp (or less) lemon extract and spread sparingly over layer. Add coconut and spread more over cake. will cover 3 layer cake.
