1 c flour
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 c fruit of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients. Stir in milk and vanilla to make a thin batter. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.

Arrange 4 cups of fruit on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 350 for 40 - 60 minutes (depends on amount of fruit and whether fresh or frozen). It is done when it is nicely browned on top.
