Cookies:

1 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c flour
2 tsp baking soda

Frosting:

c butter
c peanut butter
c brown sugar
c milk
Powdered sugar (I'm guessing 6-7 cups?)

Cookies:

Cream butter and peanut butter with sugars. Add eggs, mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Spread on greased 11" x 17" lipped cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes (edges are slightly brown, middle is not raw).

Cool, frost and cut into bars.

Frosting:

Heat all ingredients besides powdered sugar until butter and peanut butter are dissolved. Cool.
Thicken with powdered sugar to desired spreading consistency.
