2 eggs
2/3 c oil
2 tsp vanilla
¾ c sugar
2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with fork until blended, stir in oil and vanilla. Blend in sugar till mixture thickens. Add sifted dry ingredients. Drop, flatten with greased glass dipped in sugar. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake at 325 for 10-11 minutes.
