2 packages Knox plain gelatin (2 T)
1/2 cup cold water
1 3/4 cups boiling water
1 1/4 cup wine (Taylors golden sherry)
3 T fresh lemon juice
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Add boiling water,sugar and lemon juice. Cool and then add 1 1/4 cups wine.

Top with whipped cream flavored with bourbon.
