Recipe of pastry
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup corn syrup
5½ oz. butter (11 tbsp.) melted, cool slightly.
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 eggs
1 tbsp. raisins for each tart shell

Directions:
Directions:
Roll pastry about 1/8 inch thick, cut into rounds and place in tart pan or muffin tins.
Put about 1 tbsp. raisins in each tin.
Mix all other ingredients in mix master or use a hand held mixer.
Pour syrup over raisins. Bake at 350º F for about 20 minutes.
