3 cups sugar
2 cups wine dark or white
1 packet certo

In the top of a double boiler over boiling water, put 3 cups sugar and 2 cups wine, cook & stir till sugar is dissolved (do not boil). Remove from heat, stir in 1 packet or 1/2 bottle of certo, mix well, pour into scolded jelly glasses, seal at once.
