2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
1 8 1/2 ounce can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 cups chopped pecans
1/4 cups finely chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Shape into ball and refrigerate. After it is firm (3-4 hours), roll in remained pecans.
