Soup bone
3 Carrots
2 Celery
1 Onion
1Peppers
5 Potatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
Green Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Place 3 cups water into a 4 quart pan add in left over roast bone with trimmings.
Cover with onions, celery, peppers. Peel and dice carrots and potatoes in pan.
Add in the can of tomatoes including juice.
Boil until vegetables are soft, salt and pepper to taste.
