1 c. – sugar
1 c. – brown sugar
1½ c. – shortening
3 – eggs, beaten
1 tsp. – baking powder
1 tsp. – baking soda
1 tsp. – vanilla
2½ c. – flour (I use ½ whole wheat & ½ all-purpose)
2 c. – oatmeal
2 c. – cornflakes (I use Total cereal)
1½ c. – pecans, chopped
1 c. – oatmeal
1 c. – coconut
1 c. – chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugars and shortening, add eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and oats. Add this to the shortening mixture, finally stir in cornflakes, pecans, oatmeal, coconut and chips. Drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheets and bake at 350º for 10 to 12 minutes.
