1 stick margarine
1 C. granulated sugar
1 small can evaporated milk
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 box 10 x confectioners sugar
vanilla flavoring
Directions:
Directions:
Cook margarine, 1 c. sugar, 4 squares chocolate and evaporated milk, in double boiler. Cook until smooth.
Add confectioners sugar and vanilla flavoring while hot.
Lay mini-marshmallows on top of hot brownies. Pour hot icing over the marshmallows.

(Icing is also good with the Mayo Cake.)
