1 ⅛ C. hot water
3 ⅓ C. bread flour
⅓ C. sugar
1½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. yeast
1 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
I place ingredients in bread maker in above order. Setting to dough

When finished I make small french bread loaves on a 9" X 15" stone baking pan, dampen loaves place 3 slits on top, cover lightly let rise.

Preheat oven 350º

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

I brush my with butter while hot.
