2 T. olive oil
2 lb. chuck roast
1 onion sliced
1 can French Onion soup
2 c. beef broth
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
6 Hoagie buns
6 slices Provolone

Directions:
Directions:
Season roast with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add olive oil to a large pan and sear on all sides. Remove roast, add onions and saute. Add roast and onions to crock pot along with broth, soup and Worcestershire. Cook 6-8 hours. Remove from crock pot and slice. Strain liquid to make au jus. Add meat and cheese to buns and toast. Serve with au jus.
