2 T. butter
1 1/2 lb. sirloin, thinly sliced
salt and pepper
8 oz. mushrooms
1 med. onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. tomato paste
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
5 c. chicken or beef stock
1 1/2 c. dried egg noodles
1/2 c. sour cream
2 T. flour
chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In a dutch oven, brown sirloin in butter with salt and pepper, Set aside meat. Add mushroom, onions and garlic to pot. Saute until softened. Stir in tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce. Pour in stock and bring to a boil. Add noodles, reduce heat, simmer and cook 5-7 minutes. In a bowl, combine sour cream and flour. Whisk in 1 cup to soup. Add rest of mixture, cook 1-2 minutes to thicken soup. Add meat and heat through Serve with parsley on top.
