10 slices rye bread, 6 cups
1 1/4 lbs. corned beef, chopped
2 c. shredded Swiss
1 c. sauerkraut, squeezed dry
1/4 c. chopped Dill pickles
12 lg. eggs
2 c. milk
2/3 c. 1000 Island dressing
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes in a greased cake pan. Top with corned beef, Swiss, sauerkraut and pickles. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, dressing, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour over bread. Refrigerate, covered, overnight. preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove strata from refrigerator while oven heats. Bake, uncovered 45 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10-15 minutes before cutting.
