4 bass fillets, skin removed
salt
pepper
flour
3 T. butter
1 T. garlic
1/4 c. fresh herbs (I commonly use 1 T. dried dill and 1 T. dried Chervil)
2 T. fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Season fillets with salt and pepper. Heat a pan with 2 T. olive oil. Dredge fillets in flour. Fry in pan 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove from pan. Add butter to pan, until melted. Then add garlic for 30 seconds. Add herbs, remove from heat. Add lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Spoon sauce over fish.
