1 C. Soy Sauce
3/4 C. Sugar
3-1/2 C. Pineapple Juice (28 oz. can)
1/2 C. Red Vinegar
1-1/4 C. Cooking Sherry
1-1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder

Directions:
Makes 40 oz. Marinade. Place boneless chicken breast or steaks in marinade; cover tightly and place in refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours (the longer the better). Cook chicken or steaks on grill.

This is supposed to be the old Steak N Ale marinade recipe on their Hawaiian Chicken breast.
Tip: Buy pineapple rings to grill and place on top of each chicken breast when served.
